Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Select to pay by secure order form, by writing to the address specified or by calling the mail order telephone number.

All customers will receive an automatic receipt of items purchased, together with an Order Reference, provided a valid e-mail address is with your order. To prevent fraud, we regret that we can only deliver to the credit card holder's billing/statement address. All details will be verified before dispatch. Your Credit Card Details do not pass over the net.
We accept credit card payment, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellations must be within 24hrs of placing the order, otherwise you will incure administration fees.

Shipping & Handling
All items sent within the UK will be delivered by Royal Mail using their "First Class Post" service. We will add £5.95 to all orders to cover postage and packaging costs.

All items sent outside of the UK will be delivered by Royal Mail using their "First Class Post"  service. We will add £5.95 to all European orders and to all other orders to cover postage and packaging costs.

Please respect the laws and customs of your country. Rude-Boy.com will not be held liable for any items that can be or are seized by your country's customs. You purchase items at your own risk, we will not issue credit or refunds to goods seized.

Delivery Schedule
Your order will be processed right away and subject to stock availability will be dispatched within 3 working days.

UK orders should be delivered within 3 - 7 working days
International orders should be delivered within 14 working days

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be notified via email if this occurs and will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Faulty or incorrect goods
Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to Rocks-Off ASAP. However, we do give you 14 days to inform us for an exchange.

Please give a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box for a replacement. Please clean items before returning.

All returned products will be tested and returned to you at your expense if they are found to be working.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a refund. However, if your parcel has already been despatched you will be charged for the cost of shipping and a refund will not be made until the parcel has returned back to us. Please remember that we work on a same day despatch system so to avoid the postage charge and delayed refund you should inform us on the same day that the order is made.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. We regret due to the personal nature of our products that refunds are only acceptable if the product is faulty or received in a damaged condition. Providing they have not been used and are returned in their original packaged condition, your statutory rights are not affected. Please be sure that you are ordering the right product for your needs before confirming your order.
